Who this covers

This site is operated by Marcus Fernandes, based in Dublin 15, Ireland ("I", "me"). I am the data controller for personal data collected through marcusfernandes.ie and related email correspondence. Contact: marcus@marcusfernandes.ie.

What I collect

• Audit form: your name, business name, email, and optionally phone, website URL, and any notes you provide.
• Email correspondence: anything you write to me directly.
• Analytics: aggregated, cookie-free page views via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. No personal identifiers.

Why I collect it

To respond to your audit request, deliver the report, and follow up about a possible engagement. Legal basis: performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before entering one). For unsolicited business emails I send, the legal basis is legitimate interest, documented in a written LIA — you can opt out at any time by replying to any email.

Who else sees your data

• Vercel — hosting and analytics (EU regions).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• No advertising networks. No sale or sharing of contact details.

How long I keep it

Audit submissions are kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted unless we become clients. Client project data is kept for the length of the engagement plus six years for tax purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data at any time by emailing marcus@marcusfernandes.ie. You may also lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
